From what I can tell, they’d be easy to deal with if it ever came to a product/customer support question or issue. So far I haven’t experienced anything that would make me think I would need support though… the visor is actually resisting scratches, I have a spare rear fin, a spare clear visor, and a great carrying bag to help keep it all organized and protected. They even send a bag just for your visor! The value for money of this helmet is fantastic. I literally swapped to it from a helmet that was 3x as expensive, and doesn’t have as many creature comforts.
